O meu nome é Carlos Manuel Fidalgo Gaspar , nasci em Lisboa a 19 junho 1969. Toda a vida vivi em Almada onde estudei e trabalho, embora a arte para mim seja apenas um Hobby , tento trabalhar o mais que posso experimentando diversos tipos materiais tintas e técnicas que espero vir a aperfeiçoar com o tempo. Sou um autodidata, com muita vontade aprender, alguém que respira arte embora seja de outra área a com que trabalho , tenho muita vontade de aprender e fazer mais, pois só com trabalho se consegue fazer algo. Para mim a arte o que faço é uma forma de estar na vida, não um objectivo longínquo de ser alguém não esquecido, embora gostasse !! Os meus trabalhos primam pela diferença, não uso uma linha normal e especifica gosto de tocar os materiais de os recortar de os colar de os pintar, da-me prazer chegar á forma final com diversos materiais e tintas. Já tinha participado em várias exposições coletivas, este ano participei em mais uma e fiz três exposições individuais, embora não fosse nada de muito importante, para mim foi muito positivo ouvir opiniões, ouvir o que as pessoas tinham para dizer. È com grande prazer que concorro a este prémio ART Laguna e é com esperança que espero que os meus trabalhos agradem, e que o apelo á arte continue. My name is Carlos Manuel Fidalgo Gaspar, I was born in Lisbon on 19thJune 1969. All my life live in Almada, place where I study and where I work. Althought the art for me is just a Hobby,a pleasure, I try to work as I can, trying several materials types and technics that I hope to improve over time. I am a self-taught, eager to learn, someone who breathes art althought it is another area I work with, I really want to learn and do more, because only with work we can do something. My works are marked by their difference, don't use a normal line and specifies,I like to touch the materialsto cut and paste them, and in the final paint all;it gives me pleasure to get to final form with various materials and paints.
