EN The artist’s education starts with language studies in high school and to follow one year as a philosophy student at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. During this time she realised that she wanted to make of her passion, art in general, her mainly occupation. For this reason she decided to quit her philosophy studies in favour of Accademia NABA, where she enrolled in the Media Design course. Arts, communication, and new technologies are for her daily work materials, an thus she started her collaboration as a photographer and assistant on movies set with local journals. Her quickly-achieved expertise allowed her to work very soon alongside directors as famous as Paolo Virzì, as well as to work for major television networks such as MTV and Mediaset, taking part in the realisation of movies and TV series. Always fascinated by the audio-visual world, Claudia Galeazzi proposes herself as video maker and photographer: her products are marked by precision of shapes and aesthetich armony, with an uncanny attention to the use of the light and to the central role of the black and white. IT Il percorso formativo dell’artista comincia con una preparazione linguistica al liceo, alla quale segue un anno di Filosofia presso l’Università Cattolica di Milano. Nello stesso periodo si rende conto di voler fare della sua passione, l’arte in generale, il suo principale campo di attività e per questo decide di abbandonare gli studi di Filosofia in favore dell’Accademia NABA, dove si iscrive al corso di Media Design. Arte, comunicazione e nuove tecnologie rappresentano per lei materiale di lavoro quotidiano, e inizia così la sua collaborazione con riviste locali come fotografa e assistente in set cinematografici. La sua precoce professionalità le permette di lavorare molto presto a fianco di registi del calibro di Paolo Virzì, oltre che per major televisive quali Mtv e Mediaset, partecipando alla realizzazione di film e serie televisive. Da sempre affascinata dal mondo audiovisivo, Claudia Galeazzi si propone come videomaker e fotografa: i suoi prodotti sono caratterizzati da precisione nelle forme e armonia estetica, con particolare attenzione all’uso della luce e al ruolo centrale del bianco e nero.
