EN Samir Khadem, photographer of Syrian origins, has always been passionate about images and technology. Since 2010, after a 10-year experience in the field of communication, he has devoted himself to art photography. Continuing to experiment with new styles and approaches, he has developed an eclectic eye, able to address different types of photography with a focus on modern architecture and street photography. After the first publication in the magazine T. Generation (# 56), in 2013 the magazine Digital Camera chooses one of his shots for the cover and dedicates to him an in-depth interview. The following year he publishes his photographs in Nikon Special - Photo Professional France and in Nikon Special - N photography Italy. Recommended by the Artistic Committee of the Park Association Arese Borromeo in 2013, he launches his career with the exhibition Reflections at the gallery Bazzini15 Milan. The exhibition is followed in 2014 by the participation in the collective exhibition at Assab One of Milan and a permanent exhibition at Art Cafe Pleasure (Milan). As a true ‘urban hunter’, as he likes to call himself, he explores new techniques of shooting and post-production, directing his photographic research towards a continuous improvement. In 2014 he won the prestigious First Prize Gold Plate in the Photography Prize “Arte” section by Cairo Editore in Milan. IT Samir Khadem, fotografo di origini siriane, è da sempre appassionato di immagini e tecnologia. Dal 2010 si dedica alla fotografia d’arte, dopo un’esperienza decennale nel settore della comunicazione. Continuando a sperimentare approcci e stili sempre nuovi, sviluppa un occhio eclettico, capace di rivolgersi ai diversi generi fotografici con una particolare attenzione all’architettura moderna e alla street photography. Dopo la prima pubblicazione sul magazine T. Generation (N°56), nel 2013 la rivista Digital Camera sceglie un suo scatto per la copertina e gli dedica un’approfondita intervista e, ancora, l’anno successivo pubblica sue fotografie anche su Nikon Special - Photo Professional France e Nikon Speciale – N photography Italy. Segnalato dalla Commissione Artistica dell’Associazione Parco Arese Borromeo nel 2013, avvia la sua carriera espositiva con la mostra Riflessi, presso la galleria Bazzini 15 di Milano. Seguono, nel 2014 la partecipazione a un’esibizione collettiva presso Assab One di Milano e un’esposizione permanente presso Pleasure Art Cafè (Milano). Da vero ‘cacciatore urbano’, come lui si definisce, approfondisce nuove tecniche di ripresa e post-produzione indirizzando la sua ricerca fotografica verso un costante miglioramento. Nel 2014 vince il prestigioso Primo Premio Targa Oro sezione ‘Fotografia’ al premio Arte Cairo Editore di Milano.
